This is a powerhouse mixer. We use it for kneading untold amounts of dough in our little bakery, and it stands up well to daily heavy use like a pro! It's so easy to use and very versatile, it gets the job done every single time. Features are great and very useful to us. Totally recommend this, it's the sweet spot for small commercial needs
