I would recommend this mixer for batter. When it comes to dough, it appears to struggle a little bit so I'm wary about using it regularly for that purpose. For batters, you should have no problem and you'll probably love it

It's got a good set of features, the build we don't even have to worry about because this one almost feels like it's built like a tank. It surprised us when it arrived because it looked so much better in the flesh than in the pictures. So that was awesome. When it comes to actual mixing, it's no slouch either. It makes quick work of everything yet keeps the noise down. Glad we spend the extra bucks on this one. Because we know we're going to have this forever

It's become one of the most powerful tools in our kitchen and the most used too, and every time, it doesn't disappoint or falter in the slightest. Everything comes together so beautifully in this mixer, it's enjoyable just watching it work. Clearly, this is high up on our "would recommend" list!
