The gear transmission works to keep the motor running at a stable speed and prevent any downtimes so you can mix batch after batch without trouble. There are three (3) speeds and a stir speed to provide the flexibility you need to achieve ideal consistency and texture. The 20-minute SmartTimer allows for accuracy in mixing times. The stainless steel bowl is designed with a manual bowl lift and bowl guard to ensure safe use. This mixer comes with a #12 taper attachment hub. No attachments included. It uses a voltage of 200-240v/50/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection.
