This unit is powered by a 2.7 HP motor that can run at two (2) fixed speeds that you can switch on the fly to achieve optimal results. The motor runs with the support of a gear-driven transmission that ensures consistent speed and performance in the heaviest loads. You can set a timer up to 20 minutes so you can switch to other prep work without worrying about over or undermixing the product. If you are mixing multiple batches of the same ingredients, this mixer can recall your last settings to achieve uniform results much quicker.
