Imperial’s 36" Wide Gas Range delivers reliable performance and easy maintenance for busy commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel, the range features 6 Pyrocentric 32,000 BTU anti-clogging burners with two standard ovens. Welded and polished seams enhance durability and give the unit a clean, professional finish. A large 3.5” landing ledge provides ample space for plating or utensil placement during busy service. Durable cast aluminum control knobs provide solid handling, while the full-width, removable crumb tray below the burners simplifies cleanup. The 6” heavy-duty legs include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors. The cast-iron burners allow pots to slide easily from section to section. They also lift-off easily, and require no gaskets or screws—making cleaning and maintenance fast and hassle-free. Each burner includes a standing pilot for instant, reliable ignition. Each convection oven provides 30,000 BTU's (9 KW) and the ½ hp blower motor cooks products quickly and evenly with less shrinkage. Includes a three position switch for cooking or cool down, and three chrome oven racks.
