I have a food truck with limited space and large wheel wells which limits my ability to do floor installs for all my equipment. This fryer fits perfectly onto my stainless steel table and works all day like a champ. Question though- where can I find a cover for it?! The dimensions of the opening are a little smaller than standard commercial fryers and there was no lid that came with this unit. The hunt is on!
