The device comes standard with 4 attachments, a batter beater, bowl scraper, wire whip, and dough hook. A 3 HP motor provides power to this mixer and the speed can of mixing is infinitely variable between 119 RPM and 498 RPM. For convenience, there are 4 indexed speeds for consistency. Attachments like the Univex VS9 Vegetable Slicer Attachment can be added on to this mixer for convenience through its #12 PTO hub. The speed of the PTO is also infinitely variable and can be adjusted anywhere between 93 RPM and 390 RPM. The transmission of this mixer is designed for true commercial use and features hardened alloy gears. For ease of operation, this mixer comes standard with a convenient power bowl lift and 15-minute timer. Personnel is kept safe with the SwingRing safety guard that includes interlock switches which will automatically stop the machine whenever the safety guard is opened. The safety guard is easy to remove for sanitization and is dishwasher safe. The standard finish for this device is a hybrid epoxy/polyester powder coat finish in a metallic silver color. For more customization, the mixer can be ordered in various other finishes to best suit your needs. All finishes provided by Univex have been tested and approved by the NSF. By default this mixer is configured to utilize standard 115v/60/1-ph at 16.8 amps but can be ordered in 7 other configurations: 400v/50/3-ph,, 220v/50/3-ph, 230v/50/1-ph, 440-480v/60/3-ph, 208/240v/60/3-ph, 380v/50/3-ph, and 220/240v/50/1-ph. The Univex SRM60+ Food Mixer is made in the USA with certification from the National Sanitation Foundation and the Electrical Testing Laboratory.
