I am not new to KitchenAid so I know they are very capable of heavy tasks. In fact, I've been using one for many years basically nonstop. I decided to finally upgrade so I can make larger batches and I'm so glad did. In true KitchenAid fashion, it mixes smoothly and neatly. It's got a durable build quality and tremendous mixing power!
