My mixer of choice! Been using it for a couple of years and it's been running like a total champ! This is a commercial grade unit so I have higher expectations of the quality of the motor. I think this was the limitation of the many home mixers I've used. A large batch of dough is no problem to mix in this. It's really powerful and even then, it doesn't take too much space on the counter
by CustomerI use this mixer for making cakes in my little bakery and it's been dependable and very very useful especially when it gets pretty busy. I can do twice the batch for each recipe for less time with this mixer and the results are always amazing.
