Kloppenberg Products’ ISE Advantage 48” wide ice dispenser and bagger with 1078 lbs. capacity. The DISP-1000-IBU is manufactured using T-304 stainless steel for the front, sides, back and bottom panels. The body of the bin is constructed of 3 layers and together with the welded stainless-steel base provide structural integrity and directly transfer the dynamic load of the ice machine to the floor. The 3 layers consist of the stainless-steel exterior, the 1 ½” foamed in-place polyurethane insulation and the seamless, one-piece poly liner The T-304 stainless steel exterior has increased resistance to corrosion and oxidation which lends to the bins long lasting durability. The “foam in place” interior provides superior insulation and strengthens the bin’s configuration when holding hundreds of pounds of ice. And the interior liner, a key feature of this unit, is a seamless polyethylene liner with coved corners that provides a leak proof storage environment and bolsters the ice bins structural integrity. Additional features of the DISP-1000-IBU; Push button timed ice dispensing with a bag blower, timed agitation to prevent ice bridging, shovel door access for ice management, a fully welded stainless steel auger and two (2) agitators, two (2) 1/2 HP motors with torque overload and recovery, 110V, single phase 15 amp power 60hz, and an adjustable bag shelf with wicket assembly (accommodates most ice bags). Each bin comes standard with 6” adjustable flanged feet, factory installed drain, welded stainless steel base frame, and one (1) 48” UHMWP ice paddle. Not to be used with softer ice such as Flake.
