Kloppenberg Products’ ISE Advantage 30” wide touch-free industrial ice and water dispenser with 647 lbs. capacity. The DISP-500-IND-TF is manufactured using T-304 stainless steel for the front, sides, back and bottom panels. The body of the bin is constructed of 3 layers and together with the welded stainless-steel base provide structural integrity and directly transfer the dynamic load of the ice machine to the floor. The 3 layers consist of the stainless-steel exterior, the 1 ½” foamed in-place polyurethane insulation and the seamless, one-piece poly liner. The T-304 stainless steel exterior has increased resistance to corrosion and oxidation which lends to the bins long lasting durability. The “foam in place” interior provides superior insulation and strengthens the bin’s configuration when holding hundreds of pounds of ice. And the interior liner, a key feature of this unit, is a seamless polyethylene liner with coved corners that provides a leak proof storage environment and bolsters the ice bins structural integrity. Additional features of the DISP-500-IND-TF; Foot pedal activated ice dispensing and two (2) foot pedal activated water spigot stations, timed agitation to prevent ice bridging, single water inlet connection, shovel door access for ice management, a fully welded stainless steel auger and agitator, two (2) 1/2 HP motors with torque overload and recovery, 110V, single phase 15 amp power 60hz, and a cooler drip tray with removable shelf for cleaning. Each bin comes standard with 6” adjustable flanged feet, factory installed drain, welded stainless steel base frame, and one (1) 48” UHMWP ice paddle.
