Mixer, floor model, 20 quart capacity, variable speed drive, includes removable SwingRing safety guard, stainless steel bowl, batter beater, wire whip, dough hook, and bowl scraper, 1/2 hp, cETLus, NSF, Made in USA The Univex SRMF20 Mixer is a floor standing model with a 20-qt capacity heavy-duty stainless steel bowl. This unit includes four (4) attachments, a wire whip, dough hook, batter beater, and a bowl scraper. This unit uses a ⅓ HP motor and features four (4) indexed speeds although the speed range of the mixer is continuously variable between 135 RPM and 528 RPM. Hardened alloy gears in the transmission make sure this mixer will operate perfectly for many years. This unit includes an industry standard #12 PTO hub for attaching accessories such as the Univex VS9 Vegetable Slicer Attachment. The PTO speed is also variable and adjusts as the mixer does between 62 RPM and 238 RPM The removable SwingRing safety guard is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and makes sure operators stay safe while using the unit. Interlock switches on the safety guard automatically stop the unit when the guard is opened. The unit comes stock with a metallic silver hybrid epoxy/polyester powder coat finish and is available in five (5) other colors to match your kitchen including Appliance White, Black Beauty, Davey, Blue, National Red, and Produce Green. Note, additional colors are available by request and all colors and finishes are NSF approved. The external dimensions of the unit are 36” in width (with the guard completely opened), 45-¾” in height, and 27-⅝” front-to-back. For additional convenience, this unit has an optional timer that can be ordered with the unit. The stock power option for this unit is standard 115v/60/1-ph at 8.6 amps but is available in eight (8) more options: 208/240v/60/1-ph, 208/240v/60/3-ph, 220/240v/50/1-ph, 220v/50/3-ph, 230v/50/1-ph, 380v/50/3-ph, 400v/50/3-ph, and 440-480v/60/3-ph.
