This mixer comes complete with a 60-quart stainless steel bowl, flat beater, wire whip, spiral dough hook and bowl truck. It also has a high-quality stainless steel bowl guard that is easy to attach/remove. The bowl guard is interlocking for safety and easy cleaning. This floor mixer has a powerful 3 HP custom-built motor that can be ordered with a 220/60/1-ph 23.0 amp configuration or 208/60/3-ph 9 amp configuration. Its digital controls (with 60 minute timer and last batch recall) are conveniently mounted at the front.
